The only reason why Philippines, Thailand, S. Korea, Taiwan, China and other Asian countries act goofy and childish is because they miss the childhood they barely enjoyed and they are trying to remember how being a kid felt like again. All of them felt the need to grow up fast for their people’s needs, wants and their independence.
